Four chat pods with custom-built backend moderator tools allowed efficient management, and attendees could collaborate on DeG services through voice and text chats. Gestures and global chat options enhanced communication and interaction throughout the experience.
Access to the private metaverse was strictly regulated, allowing the organizer to determine who can join and interact within the digital space. This control ensured that the community remains exclusive and secure.
The session gallery offered on-demand videos in both English and Arabic, covering various topics such as security awareness workshop, DeG's upcoming services and insight into Government Contracts Review.
In our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring the utmost user privacy, SpaceTo prioritized robust security measures:
Encryption and Security Tools: We implemented advanced encryption techniques and fortified our defenses with security tools such as WAF (Web Application Firewall) and DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) prevention, creating a secure shield around our data.
Private Instances with Whitelisting: SpaceTo's architectural design featured private instances accessible solely through whitelisting. This ensured that access to user data was restricted to authorized personnel only, bolstering data confidentiality and security.
Fostering Trust: Through these comprehensive security measures, we instilled trust and confidence in our platform's users, assuring them that their sensitive data was held in the highest regard and protected with the utmost diligence.
The private metaverse event orchestrated by SpaceTo and DeG has set a precedent for government innovation. Attendees were immersed in a transformative experience that showcased the future of technology-driven governance. DeG successfully achieved its objectives of educating stakeholders, launching services, and fostering collaboration in this virtual realm. The Sharjah Department of e-Government continues to lead the way in government innovation, setting the stage for a future where public services are optimized and accessible through cutting-edge technology.
