The World Immunisation & Logistics Summit, hosted by the HOPE Consortium, welcomed 1,000+ virtual healthcare attendees from around the world to virtually educate them about the vaccine logistical rollout within a united metaverse space.

In this space, ambient lighting guided the way illuminated by a realistic sky utopia. This metaverse exuded navigational ease, bringing sponsors, employees, and healthcare professionals together all under one luminous atmosphere of simplicity.

This reception space was a place to share, collaborate, learn and grow, delivering HOPE to the global community.

The space was created with a central halo design that rotated Hope Consortiums’ branding. Modern screens streamed captivating media via broadcasts in HD and there were also images with educational content placed throughout the reception. Healthcare attendees could access the environment using multiple devices and no additional hardware or VR set was required to interact with the space.

Speed, latency, and reliability are key for any networking area within the metaverse. This networking space allowed for high-speed interactions, and low latency and enabled users to converse seamlessly using chat platforms, QnA, and polls.

The chat area had diverse categories that touched upon different vaccination topics and challenges. Each room included a moderator and conversation starter, who also filtered the most relevant questions which were then pinned at the top of the page for attention.

SpaceTo designed an emissive, premium exhibition space that hosted multiple sponsors’ uniquely designed stands. Each interactive stand was customized according to that brand's look and feel and displayed crystal clear branding and imagery throughout.

The exhibition included 6 separate exhibition stands. Each exhibition stand had the functionality for users to contact the brands, chat with a sales representative, or access additional marketing collateral and content.

The virtual stage hosted 50 speakers from multiple countries that joined in throughout the event to share their expertise. A green screen MC hosted the event, allowing for interaction such as chat and Q&A. Questions were also ranked per session, and later relayed to speakers to prompt discussions.

SpaceTo’s careful attention to design and user experience detail coupled with their creativity and ability to integrate complex technology into the metaverse platform made this space an innovative place to connect healthcare professionals. This space's ease of accessibility and frictionless usability echoed the theme of the summit- to facilitate global vaccine accessibility and enable a network of shared experiences to empower simplified logistical efforts to deliver hope and vital vaccines to the global community.
