Refund policy

Upon termination, you will only be entitled to a refundif you have a positive balance on your account which relates to a prepaid Service. However, if the package you selected clearly stated that it is not eligible for a refund you will not receive one.

If you have a query about your accounts fees reach out to us at within 30 days of the date of the activity that gave rise to the dispute. Once investigated, if the disputes require a refund it will be credited to your account instead of being issued as a cash refund. Refunds will only be given where you close your account and it has a positive balance.
